Baked By Ness Policies & Procedures Order Placement & Retainer • A 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your order and event date. • Orders are not confirmed until the retainer is received. • The remaining balance is due one (1) week prior to your event. • Invoices not paid within 48 hours will be canceled and your spot released. Rush Orders • A $60 rush fee applies to orders due within the same week. • Rush orders are subject to availability. Pickup Policy • Orders must be picked up at the designated time. • A 30-minute grace period is allowed. • A $20 late fee will be applied after the grace period. Delivery • Delivery is available for a flat fee of $50.00. • Baked By Ness is not responsible for damages once the order is picked up or delivered. Refunds & Cancellations • All sales are final. No refunds. • Refunds or corrections are issued only if an error was made by Baked By Ness or due to acts of nature. • Orders may be rescheduled if available.
